As You Like It provides you and your guests a unique "Base Camp" for your great escape to the Outer Banks. As You Like it is located in Frisco North Carolina, a very small village on Hatteras Island in the middle of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore; you are minutes from almost any outdoor activity that your heart desires.

Spacious Beauty

As You Like It is spacious; its design allows for large groups to vacation together yet also allows for individuals or couples to relax with privacy if so desired. There are four (4) Master Suites each with private access to their outside deck; sit and enjoy a quiet moment and the outside beauty. Each of the seven (7) bedrooms is appointed with its own ceiling fan, TV, VCR or DVD, and telephone.

There are two (2) Great Rooms for entertainment and socializing. Guests can socialize by the pool or in the adjacent first floor Great Room, "Tempest Pub," equipped with kitchenette, bar, pool table, and complete entertainment center while another group can relax and enjoy the relaxing harmony of the Great Room on third floor complete with its own entertainment center, IMAC computer, fireplace, and the adjoining hot tub.

Cooks will love the kitchen; it has everything and is designed for entertaining as well. Guests can sit at the expansive counter and watch as chef prepares or more formal dinner parties are easy at the large dinning table.

Beautiful View

As You Like It provides views from every room and the decks surrounding every level. Guests can see the Albemarle Sound, the Ocean, the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse and Hatteras Village. In the morning watch the sunrise over the ocean to the left; in the evening watch it disappear to the right over the Village in the winter, or the ocean during the summer.

Intimate Getaway

On the other hand a couple can take refuge in the top ocean-side master suite and enjoy a romantic getaway all by themselves. You never have to venture down to the second or fist floors.

Each winter this is exactly what the owners of As You Like It do: wake up to the sunrise and the sound of birds feeding over the breakers; sit by the fire and enjoy a simple morning; go for a walk on the deserted beach; cook dinner and enjoy the evening sunset. Watch a movie; drink a bottle of wine -
